What is your cancelation policy?

If you need to cancel an appointment, we require at least a 48 hours notice; it is appreciated. If not, the full amount of the cleaning fee will be charged. Knowing ahead of time we might be able to fill in the spot and also for the sake of the team we are still able to keep the schedule going for the day.

What does spring cleaning covers?

Our spring cleaning service includes a thorough cleaning of every room in your home, including:

Bathrooms: Carla’s Cleaning provides a comprehensive bathroom cleaning service, including scrubbing and removing mildew from toilets, showers, and tubs, cleaning and organizing medicine cabinets and linen closets, wiping down baseboards and window sills, washing trash cans and lining them with paper towels, removing any spots and stains from walls and doors, cleaning behind toilets, changing shower liners (upon request), and vacuuming and mopping the floor.

Kitchen: The kitchen cleaning services include cleaning of sinks, counters, and cabinets (inside and out), appliances and organizing dishware and silverware, stovetop, oven, and microwave, floors and baseboards, any spots or stains on walls and doors, lights and cobwebs, and dusting and cleaning of blinds.

Bedrooms & Living Areas: Our cleaning services for bedrooms and living areas include organization and cleaning of closets and dressers, baseboards and window sills, blinds, carpets, floors, walls and doors, mirrors, and under cushions. We also offer to refresh bed linens, but please inform us if you would like us to remove soiled linens.

Dining Room: Our dining room cleaning service includes cleaning and polishing of furniture, dusting and cleaning of blinds, baseboards and window sills, vacuuming or mopping of floors, and cleaning of mirrors.

Laundry Area: Our laundry area cleaning service includes cleaning of the washer, dryer, cabinets, and baseboards, cleaning of the dryer vent, and vacuuming or mopping of the floors.

Outside: Our outdoor cleaning service includes cleaning of the grill grates, straightening and washing of outdoor furniture, and cleaning of the outdoor shower.

What does turn over cleaning covers?

Our turn over cleaning service is a comprehensive cleaning solution that includes disinfecting and cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms, dusting throughout the house, vacuuming all floors, mopping hardwood and tile floors, cleaning of outdoor furniture and grill, cleaning of the outdoor shower, tidying up of décor and furniture, and reporting any damages to the homeowner or realtor.

Can I book just once?

Yes, we offer one time cleanings.

Do you use your own cleaning products?

Every home is unique, so we prefer clients to provide their own cleaning supplies in order to meet the individual needs of your home.

Can I provide instructions for the cleaning team?

We would greatly appreciate it if you communicate instructions directly to the office via email or phone so we can update your file accordingly. We will make your notes available to any team that cleans your home.

What if the cleaning team missed an area?

Call us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will re-clean the area free of charge.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, gift cards are available here or upon request.

How do I pay carla’s cleaning for cleaning services?

All invoices and payments are handled directly through our office. The cleaners are not required to handle any payment. Please expect an invoice via e-email after service is provided.

What payment method do you take?

Payment in the form of checks is preferred, but we also accept all major credit cards and cash.

Will it be the same cleaners that will be cleaning my house each time?

We try our best to keep the same cleaners for each cleaning, but sometimes a new cleaner with experience from another group may be accompanied by a cleaner that is familiar with your home and cleaning routine.

Do you offer Laundry and Ironing service?

We also offer laundry and ironing services, which may incur additional costs.

Is your team insured?

Yes, our cleaners are fully insured.

What if something is broken or damaged during a cleaning?

We do our best to handle your valuables with care. However, accidents do happen. Should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning, we will alert you. We will also make every effort to repair the item or replace it if necessary. Insurance claims will be filed when appropriate.
